Responsibilities

• To organise and chair Configuration Control Board, in which configuration changes ‎‎(evolutions and/or modifications) are decided,‎
  
• To manage follow up of design changes and anomalies,‎
  
• To manage follow-up of configuration item,‎
  
• To manage and feed the data base used for the project,‎
  
• To deliver regular reports (documentation and configuration) to the team, project manager ‎and customer,‎
  
• To disseminate information to the team and project involved entities,‎
  
• Comply with the rules defined in the Configuration Management Plan defined for the project, and make ‎sure those rules are understood and respected by every project entities
  
• To maintain and update Project Configuration Management Plan
  
• To suggest improvements for his activity organisation (process, data base)‎
  
• Write generic documentation in compliance with Standard rules
  
• Promote Configuration management and design change process among  bid managers ‎and technical managers ‎
  
• Propose Configuration management plan and design change process to be integrated in bid ‎submission ‎
