Standardizes HR policies amongst COMPANYand its Group of Companies, supervises and controls the preparation, editing,publication and distribution of new/revised Corporate HR policies (includingthe COMPANY Employee Handbook), update the content and ensure consistent designand branding, while advising on the integration and streamlining of strategiesfor the updated policies. Liaises with relevant stakeholders within the HRDirectorate to identify their functional processes and develop appropriateprocedures to capture a complete view of all activities related to theidentified processes while ensuring the alignment of all business processes foreffectiveness, efficiency and business continuity. Contributes to the fosteringof the Corporate HR role in relation to policy matters across COMPANY and itsGroup of Companies.
