- Actively follow and promote the COMPANY Safety and Security policies and ensure that fellow employees and visitors are doing the same. These policies are to be always followed within the port environment so as to ensure a safe and secure workplace for all. Leading in designing systems to support or enhance terminal safety operations.
- On the first year he/she will develop deep knowledge and understanding on PLC systems. Training and close “hands on” work with the operations and technical team will be held accordingly. On the succeeding year, full control and management on the automated PLC systems and leading PLC team will be done.
- Lead and define enhancement projects in improving existing and future TOS functionalities. Meeting with COMPANY-OPS for new s/w requirements, solutions and decisions for system amendments.
- Manage and complete future COMPANY-IT projects for operations such as Global Pooling, Equipment automation, and other future TOS advance modules.
- Design and develop strategies for Auto systems for COMPANY-OPS. By researching and integrating applications and TOS with new technologies present in the market.
- Establish good working relationships with all OPS system providers to get the best collaboration and cooperation from them.
