Executive Assistant
Organize and schedules meetings and appointments for the CEO in a timely and efficient manner.
Manages and file all incoming correspondences to the CEO office and regularly tracks deadlines.
Takes dictations for key correspondences and drafts memos, letters and emails for circulation.
Manages CEO’s calendar and whereabouts. Highly organized, disciplined, responsive
Coordinated with Board Members’ offices and circulates board-related documents as per instructions of CEO or Legal and Compliance Advisor.
Maintains and updates files relating to CEO Office and Board of Directors in the CEO Shared Folder.
Ensures proper indexing and safeguarding of all legally binding documents signed by the CEO.
Maintain An accurate and updated contact details of all AECB key Banks’ CEOs and key contacts and stakeholders,
Oversees all travel arrangements and hotel bookings/reservations for CEO
Manage and accurately organize and file all paperwork requiring CEO approval.
Draft and maintain weekly Management and Operations Committee minutes of meetings, follow up on status completion of action points and track completion of tasks in assigned deadlines.
Liaise and coordinate with all external government bodies and industry associations, Preferably understands protocol and etiquette in dealing with dignitaries, ministries and government bodies.
