IT Support Manager
Lead the IT Support Team that is responsible for Level 1 and Level 2 Application and Infrastructure support as well as the HelpDesk.
Operating System : Administration and Configuration of Microsoft Server EnvironmentsDatabase: Proficient in writing queries scripts in SQL both Oracle and Microsoft
Applications : experience in configuring a service desk application (Solarwinds Helpdesk and ServiceNow etc
Ability to clearly communicate both verbally and written at all levels of management including external customers.
Proficient with all aspects of IT Operations management, techniques and principles.
Supervise the installation of HW/software changes tot he production environment ,defining and maintaining the proper change,release,deployment and configuration management procedures.
