Job Description:

  • Looking for a qualified techno functional consultant who has experience in any ERP especially in HRMS modules. 
  • Must be highly proficient in English & Arabic. 

Should have done implementation, customization and support of the HRMS module.

  • Focal point to clients in terms of delivery of the software implementation. 
  • Prepare all documentation required for the smooth communication in the project.
  • Serve as the business / functional advisor to the client, supporting the team to translate business requirements into solution specifications and drive the overall delivery of the solution. Facilitate solution and process workshops to identify client business objectives, define project goals and provide a plan for maximizing the value of the solution. 
  • Manage multiple, complex projects simultaneously. 
  • Understand client organization's strategic direction, structure, and requirements. Prepare requirements, specifications, business processes and recommendations.
  • Support relationships with clients to sustain a strong business relationship leading to high client satisfaction, retention of existing businesses and development of new business. 
  • Lead client and project team members to define and document client business requirements, assess the need, recommend process enhancements, and document software and integration specifications for configuring the solution.
  • Facilitate software issue resolution to ensure timely solution acceptance. 
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and issues. This includes identifying alternative solutions through change requests or recommending alternatives, and facilitating decision-making on the way forward.
  • Team effectively with other staff in the organization to address and resolve client related issues. Provide appropriate guidance and mentor other team members, assist and coach as required. Ensure successful client transition from Implementation to Support
